Meet Aska—Dietitian, Gut Health Guide, and Root-Cause Investigator

Hi! I’m Aska. I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) specializing in functional nutrition. My passion is in gut health and helping other women feel confident in their bodies.

You’re here because you’re tired of feeling bloated, fatigued, foggy — and frustrated. I know how that feels.

My own journey with gut health (and the long road of trial-and-error it took to get answers) led me to specialize in root-cause nutrition. I now help women uncover the real reasons behind their symptoms — and feel confident in their bodies again.

I'm not here to hand you a meal plan and send you on your way. I’m here to help you understand your body, nourish it with healing foods, and create lasting habits that support real change — without the overwhelm.

Work With Me

My Approach is Rooted in Experience, Evidence, and Empathy

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with advanced training in gut health and functional nutrition. My method blends evidence-based practices with a whole-person approach, helping clients tune into their body’s cues and make changes that feel both effective and sustainable.

I believe that nutrition is about nourishment, not restriction. I work from a place of curiosity, not judgment. And I’m committed to supporting you in finding what works for your body — not just what worked for someone else on the internet.

What I Believe In (and What I Don’t)

✔ Food is medicine — but it should also bring joy.
✔ Symptoms are signals — not something to be silenced.
✔ You don’t need to be perfect to make progress.
✔ Quick fixes don’t lead to long-term health.
✔ Healing is a journey, not a checklist.
